Two Grams Autunite in a Sealed Vial

Locality: From Huantai County, Zibo Shandong Provence China.

Autunite contains 48.27% naturally occurring uranium. This specimen will glow bright green in the presence of UV light due to the presence of uranium and phosphorus.

A small UV light source is included with each vial.

Not recommended for use in cloud chambers as the glass will block most of the observable particles.

The size of each vial is 47mm tall by 15.4mm in maximum diameter. Each vial has been sealed closed using epoxy for safety purposes. Attempting to open the vial is not recommended as it may cause the vial to break.

Radiation detector not included.
