We ship our products with care to ensure they reach you in the same condition they left our facility. Because our items are naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM), all domestic shipments comply with USPS and federal regulations for hazardous materials.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because these materials must travel via ground transportation, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We charge a flat rate of $5.75. per order, regardless of the size, weight, and number of packages in your order.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. All shipments stay within the United States.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply contact us at GeigerCheck@outlook.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
There are no restocking fees, but all returns must comply with NRC and shipper guidelines regarding legality, code, policy, and safety. If a properly shielded and labeled container is required, this company will provide it at cost.
