Designed for post-WWII and Korean War-era military use, this compass features a durable olive-drab metal casing with a protective flip-open cover, secured to a sturdy fabric wrist strap. The dial, originally luminous, has lost its glow due to age-related radiation damage, and the remaining phosphor now barely fluoresces under UV light.
