Welcome to GeigerCheck. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our products.
Radioactive Rocks and Historical Artifacts:
Our products are Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) and radioactive vintage historical artifacts. These items may emit low levels of radiation. By purchasing from us via any platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of the nature of these products.
Legal Compliance:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and possession of these materials are legal in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the purchase of our products.
Shipping Method:
We only ship via USPS Parcel Select Ground due to the nature of our products being considered hazardous material. A delivery confirmation signature may be required in certain cases.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. No Class 7 radioactive specimen, sample, or item containing uranium or thorium will be shipped outside of the United States. We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. and Alaska only. All shipments comply with federal regulations.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary by location and season. Ground transport may take up to 5 days. Holiday shipments may take longer.
Shipping Costs:
Flat rate of $5.75 per order regardless of size, weight, or quantity.
Returns Accepted Within 90 Days:
Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Contact us at info@geigercheck.com to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Compliance:
Returned items must comply with NRC and shipping regulations. If specialized packaging is required, it will be provided at cost (including shipping and handling).
Damaged or Defective Items:
Report within 7 days of receipt. Photographic evidence may be required. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Compliance:
You agree not to concentrate or refine radioactive materials and to comply with all applicable laws, including Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations.
Assumption of Risk:
By purchasing from GeigerCheck, you assume all risks associated with handling radioactive materials. We are not liable for any damages, including personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences.
Buyer Responsibility:
The buyer agrees to comply with all laws, research proper handling procedures, and accept full responsibility for use of purchased items.

Use of Information:
Used for order processing, customer service, and improving services. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Hurston LLC (DBA GeigerCheck) reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or require adult signature upon delivery if we suspect unsafe, illegal, or unethical use. Appeals may be submitted for review.
